Jacobellis stumbles to sixth place in SBX
Defending SBX champion survives mid-race collision in Chile.

VALLE NEVADO, Chile -- U.S. Snowboarding pro rider and defending snowboardcross world champion Lindsey Jacobellis (Stratton Mountain, VT), who opened the World Cup SBX season with a victory Wednesday, survived a mid-race collision Saturday to finish sixth. Graham Watanabe (Sun Valley, ID) led U.S. men, finishing fifth in the second of two races in South America.
