Today we completed the first double elimination. Marcilio Browne won the men's final after a re-sail with Kiri Thode and Daida Moreno won the women's final against Sarah-Quita Offringa. The first round of the second single elimination was left incomplete in sketchy light wind. Earlier in the event we ran slalom racing here at Sotavento. Antoine Albeau won the men's competition to secure the event crown and more or less wrap-up the 2007 world title. Karin Jaggi won the final race in the women's to seal the event title. Congratulations Karin and Antoine! Additional updates will be available over the weekend at pwaworldtour.com.
