Shaun White won a Vert Skate competition Sunday on the AST Dew Tour, fighting off an injury to beat Bucky Lasek.

After the first two runs, Lasek was in the lead, and it looked like he'd reign supreme at the Cleveland stop.

But Shaun White wasn't finished. He put together a great run to take the lead, putting the pressure on Lasek, who fell on his last run.

Lasek is still the defending champ in the overall Vert Skate title, and White will have to beat him more than once to take this year's crown.
