Stuntman Fails to Set New Record

New York, NY - Magician David Blaine's "Drowned Alive" stunt came to an end yesterday, after he blacked out two minutes shy of setting a FreeDive record. According to RTE Guide, Blaine managed to hold his breath underwater for 7 minutes 8 seconds, with no breathing apparatus, shackles attached at his feet. The stuntman was hospitalized after the end of the attempt for tests.
